Marketing Proposal Manager

STV is seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to lead the development of compelling responses to client solicitations and support interview preparation. This hybrid role involves collaborating with pursuit teams, managing marketing staff, and ensuring all deliverables meet high standards. You will play a key role in shaping impactful project narratives and contributing to strategic client relationships.

• Manage and lead proposal development from inception to submission
• Coordinate marketing team efforts, including graphic designers and junior staff
• Analyze solicitations, develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to integrate sales themes and develop non-technical narratives
• Lead interview preparation, including storyline development and presentation coordination
• Minimum 7 years of proposal management experience in A/E/C industry required
