Marketing Lead

Bunch is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and execute our marketing strategy across the UK, Luxembourg, and Germany. You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, building our brand presence, and developing a robust marketing engine through content, events, and digital channels. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the marketing function within a rapidly growing B2B scale-up.

• Own marketing's pipeline contribution and set targets by market
• Define and execute marketing plans and budgets for UK, Luxembourg, and Germany
• Build content and credibility through weekly publishing, webinars, and data insights
• Develop and manage an in-house events program for fund CFOs and COOs
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager on digital channels and HubSpot attribution
• Own positioning, messaging, and product marketing go-to-market strategies
