Email Marketing Specialist

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to lead the development and execution of innovative email, SMS, and push notification marketing programs. You will manage campaigns from start to finish, analyze performance to maximize sales potential, and develop strategies to grow customer engagement and loyalty across all channels.

• Develop and manage best-in-class email marketing programs
• Create strategies to re-activate dormant email addresses
• Manage email campaigns from ideation to completion
• Analyze email performance to maximize sales potential
• Experience with HTML/CSS and database marketing preferred
• Assist with SMS and push notification programs
