Marketing Optimization Lead

GE HealthCare is seeking a Marketing Optimization Lead to drive marketing excellence within their Advanced Imaging Solutions team. This role focuses on designing and implementing best-in-class marketing processes, operating rhythms, and capability programs to ensure consistent and effective marketing execution. The lead will also manage new product introductions, champion AI adoption, and support compliance efforts.

• Own and improve marketing operating rhythm and processes
• Lead annual marketing planning and new product introduction processes
• Champion marketing education and AI adoption
• Streamline marketing workflows and identify AI use cases
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Medical Education
• Ensure marketing readiness for product launches
