Director, Growth Marketing

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will define and execute strategies to attract and convert new clients, focusing on both traditional and digital methods. This hands-on role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to manage the full sales funnel, from initial prospect identification through to conversion, while also building advocacy among key partners.

• Define prospecting strategy and build qualified pipeline
• Develop programs to increase consultant advocacy
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
• Manage paid acquisition across search, social, and programmatic channels
• Build nurture programs and lead scoring
• Own go-to-market content and collateral development
