About this role

Lead the development and execution of customer relationship marketing programs for Gentex's consumer and connected product brands. You will be the technical expert for CRM, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle marketing, driving strategies for acquisition, retention, and personalization. This role involves designing automated customer journeys, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging data to enhance customer experiences.
