SEO & AI Search Content Manager

Step is seeking an SEO & AI Search Content Manager to own organic discovery across traditional and AI search platforms. This role involves strategizing and executing content for the Money 101 blog, optimizing step.com for search engines and AI, building authority through backlinks, and enhancing social channels like YouTube for organic growth. The goal is to make Step the go-to resource for financial queries.

• Own SEO across step.com including on-page, site architecture, and technical audits
• Drive the Money 101 blog end-to-end with editorial strategy and content production
• Optimize content for LLM and AI-search visibility
• Build Step's authority through backlink acquisition and digital PR
• Optimize social channels, predominantly YouTube, for search
• Establish E-E-A-T signals and ensure content meets financial-marketing requirements
