About this role
Timberland is seeking a Director of Retail Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of retail marketing initiatives. This role focuses on elevating the consumer journey and driving cohesive brand expression across all direct-to-consumer channels, including brick-and-mortar stores. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance store performance, deepen consumer connections, and create immersive brand experiences.
