Lead the Americas marketing strategy for Vans, translating global brand initiatives into regionally relevant, commercially impactful plans. This role focuses on paid media effectiveness and channel marketing excellence to drive demand, brand heat, and conversion across commercial channels. You will own the regional marketing budget and performance, ensuring alignment with global strategies while shaping future direction with regional insights.
What we are looking for
6- Own and deliver Americas marketing strategy, integrating paid media, CRM, wholesale, and retail marketing
- Lead regional paid media strategy, optimizing investment and targeting for maximum ROI
- Develop and manage the AMER marketing budget to achieve financial and global marketing goals
- Drive channel marketing excellence in retail and wholesale to increase traffic and conversion
- Lead integrated annual, seasonal, and in-season planning across all marketing functions
- Manage regional marketing team and agency ecosystem, ensuring cross-functional alignment
