Senior Manager, Search & Social Ad Operations

Infillion is seeking a Senior Manager to build and lead their new Search & Social Ad Operations practice. You will be the subject matter expert, own client-facing strategy and performance, and establish operational processes and team structure. This role requires hands-on platform expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Serve as the go-to expert on major search and social platforms
• Own hands-on setup, QA, and troubleshooting of campaigns
• Design and implement operational processes and workflows
• Build out the team structure for the practice
• Lead client conversations on strategy and performance
• Collaborate with programmatic and client services teams
