Assoc. Mgr, Marketing Capabilities & Ops

Kenvue is seeking an Associate Manager for Marketing Capabilities & Operations to support the execution of marketing initiatives and operational processes across North America. This role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, managing program governance, and driving adoption of marketing tools and strategies.

• Coordinate strategic marketing initiatives and enterprise programs
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and action trackers
• Serve as a point of contact for Marketing Lens support and user enablement
• Support agency governance and MarTech onboarding
• Prepare project updates and leadership materials
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or marketing operations
