Sr. Manager, Commercial Strategy - North America

Lead the commercial strategy and annual planning for Dungeons & Dragons in North America. This role focuses on driving growth across various retail channels, including mass, specialty hobby, and eCommerce, by developing channel and account strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market and monitor performance to ensure success.

• Lead North America commercial strategy and annual planning for Dungeons & Dragons
• Set annual revenue and margin targets in partnership with Sales
• Identify and size new growth opportunities across channels and retailers
• Define retail presence and product positioning with Trade Marketing
• Partner across teams to launch new products and resolve blockers
• Monitor performance using scorecards and reviews
