Senior Marketing Manager

BMO is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for their Business Banking team. This role involves developing integrated, omnichannel campaigns to drive client onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, loyalty, and retention. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize client journeys and analyze performance data.

• Lead marketing strategy and tactical execution for Business Banking
• Develop integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Manage campaign execution within Workfront project management system
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, etc.) and external agencies
• Analyze performance data and competitive landscape
• Support onboarding, retention, cross-sell, engagement, and loyalty campaigns
