Content Lead, Social

Scribd is seeking a Social Content Lead to build and grow our organic social channels from the ground up, starting with YouTube and LinkedIn. This hands-on role involves defining channel strategy, creating repeatable content formats, and managing creator activations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end content lifecycle, from concept and production to performance analysis and iteration, driving new audiences to the brand.

• Build organic social channels from zero to one, starting with YouTube and LinkedIn
• Develop repeatable content formats and channel architecture
• Concept, script, and direct content production with partners
• Source, manage, and build relationships with creators
• Define channel success metrics and analyze performance data
• 6-8 years of experience in social content, organic channel growth, or content production
