Manager Social Creative Producer

Fiserv is seeking a Manager Social Creative Producer to create social-first content for brand storytelling and campaign execution. You will partner with various teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual and multimedia assets, ensuring timely and channel-appropriate creative that strengthens brand presence and supports marketing outcomes.

• Produce social-first creative assets for campaign, brand, and audience engagement
• Translate briefs into visual content concepts and production plans
• Create, edit, and deliver multimedia content (graphics, video, motion)
• Partner with social strategy, demand generation, brand, and creative teams
• Manage production timelines, asset organization, and delivery schedules
• Evaluate content performance to inform future creative approaches
