Senior Director, Growth (F&E)

Lead the financial products and earnings vertical growth strategy and execution for Super.com. This role involves managing multiple acquisition channels, overseeing a multi-million dollar marketing budget, and setting targets in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will lead a team in creative brainstorming, media planning, buying, and data analysis to scale a best-in-class marketing program.

• Own F&E vertical growth strategy and execution
• Manage multiple acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, CTV, DSPs, Affiliates)
• Oversee multi-million dollar vertical marketing budget
• Lead team in creative, media planning, buying, and data analysis
• Drive user acquisition and membership retention
