Sr. Manager, Marketing Engineering

Lead FNBO's Marketing Engineering function, overseeing data infrastructure, automation, and criteria frameworks to power consumer marketing at scale. This role connects marketing strategy with data activation, ensuring intelligent data flow between enterprise data environments (Snowflake) and marketing execution platforms (Zeta Marketing Platform) to drive personalized consumer experiences. You will also manage the acquisition data platform and vendor relationships, evaluating capabilities to support acquisition efforts.

• Define and own the vision for marketing data structure, access, and activation
• Champion Snowflake as the foundational data layer for marketing operations
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for data connection to Zeta/ZMP
• Own the end-to-end relationship with acquisition data platform vendors
• Serve as the data strategy and operational backbone for the marketing strategy team
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing engineering professionals
