Senior Content Strategist

Hiya is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to define and execute our content strategy across the entire buyer journey. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that engages audiences, drives pipeline, and ensures Hiya is discoverable through search and AI platforms. This is a unique opportunity to build a content function from the ground up, working with a collaborative and transparent team.

• Develop and implement full-funnel content strategy grounded in customer insights and market shifts
• Write and edit key content assets, including long-form reports and pillar pieces
• Optimize content for search and AI discoverability
• Build an AI-native content engine and workflows
• Create promotional copy for various channels
• Track content performance and report on impact to pipeline
