Director of Digital Marketing

Banner Health is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead strategy and execution across owned and organic digital channels. This role will drive measurable impact through email, social media, SEO/AEO, and emerging channels, ensuring integrated, data-driven marketing activation and optimized customer experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to build organizational capability in sophisticated digital marketing.

• Lead digital marketing planning and cross-channel orchestration
• Own enterprise email marketing strategy, execution, and optimization
• Own enterprise social media strategy, execution, and community management
• Own SEO/AEO strategy and organic search optimization
