Senior Manager - Product Marketing

Microchip is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the product strategy, requirements, and business planning for our automotive wireless SoC portfolio. This high-impact role involves driving multiple product lines from concept to launch, working at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and the automotive ecosystem. You will represent Microchip in key industry consortia and shape the wireless roadmap for durable, long-lifecycle markets.

• Own product strategy, requirements, and business plans for automotive wireless SoCs (BLE, UWB)
• Drive product definition and roadmap informed by customer needs and competitive dynamics
• Participate in industry standards bodies and consortia (e.g., CCC, Bluetooth SIG, FiRa)
• Partner with sales and field application engineers to support customer engagements
• Develop training materials and competitive collateral for the field organization
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor product marketing or management with wireless SoC/RF IC experience
