- Own and optimize the growth funnel across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization
- Drive product growth across funnel design, pricing, positioning, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- Build and scale a high-performing growth team, including setting its strategy and hiring talent
- Use analytics and experimentation to allocate budget and prioritize initiatives across channels
- Lead expansion into international markets and track growth performance across geographies
- Report on growth metrics, budget performance, and strategic priorities to the CEO
