Global Social Media Senior Manager

Wellhub is seeking a Global Social Media Senior Manager to lead and execute the US social media strategy. This role involves creating platform-specific content, developing cultural relevance, managing influencer programs, and elevating the brand's presence across key social channels. The ideal candidate is a video-first creator deeply familiar with US social culture and trends.

• Localize and operationalize US social media strategy for B2C, B2B, and B2P audiences
• Manage US editorial calendar aligned with global priorities and cultural moments
• Concept, script, shoot, and edit video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Identify and adapt to US cultural trends, memes, and humor for authentic brand participation
• Support US influencer and ambassador programs, partnering with creators
• Track performance metrics, test new strategies, and conduct social listening
