Senior Web Marketing Manager

Hiya is seeking a Senior Web Marketing Manager to lead our website strategy in an AI-driven buyer's journey. You will own the website's role in influencing buyer perception, driving conversions, and generating sales pipeline. This performance-focused role requires a deep understanding of buyer psychology, web best practices, and a strong curiosity for leveraging AI in marketing.

• Own website strategy, roadmap, and KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution
• Lead end-to-end conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation programs
• Translate campaign strategy into high-converting landing pages and web experiences
• Champion best-in-class UX, messaging, accessibility, and web performance
• Own SEO/GEO strategy and global search/AI visibility
• Build web analytics and attribution reporting tied to pipeline
