Creative Marketing Operations Specialist

Join KnitWell Group as a Creative Marketing Operations Specialist to manage sample coordination and invoice processing for brand and e-commerce shoots. You will partner with the Creative Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of all creative marketing initiatives, from sample tracking to vendor payments.

• Manage sample coordination for PDP, Style Out, and Brand shoots
• Process invoices for crew, talent, and photographers
• Maintain accurate sample logs and update late sample logs
• Assist with image data entry and vendor imagery uploads
• Partner with merchants to ensure timely sample arrival
• Support month-end close and purchase order requests
