About this role

Northern Trust is seeking a Third Party Management Office (TPMO) Standards, Procedures & Governance Lead to establish and manage the governance function for third-party lifecycle requirements. This role ensures enterprise-wide standards are documented, governed, and adhered to, while also producing risk committee materials and chairing the Third-Party Working Group.

What we are looking for

Establish and run the TPMO standards and procedure governance function
Manage end-to-end change control for TPMO standards and procedures
Lead development of risk committee reporting packs
Chair the Third-Party Working Group (TPWG)
Oversee operational performance and SLA exception management
Govern quality assurance and exceptions for key lifecycle artifacts
