Sr. Director of Organic Growth & AI Discovery

Centerfield is seeking a Sr. Director of Organic Growth & AI Discovery to lead the expansion of their AI Discovery business and enhance organic performance across their digital brands. This leadership role requires deep expertise in search, audience reach, and content strategy to drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for AI search and traditional SERPs, serving as a center of excellence for AI and SEO, and collaborating with various teams to evolve discovery solutions.

• Develop and own strategy for maximizing brand visibility in AI search and traditional SERPs
• Serve as Center of Excellence for AIO, LLMs, and SEO, including internal and external education
• Partner with marketing, sales, client services, and product to evolve AIO discovery solutions
• Evolve and improve on-page and off-page SEO tactics, developing AI-based tools for efficiency
• Own AIO and SEO reporting and vendor management
• Lead the Organic Growth and Web Publishing team, driving performance and developing talent
