Senior Manager, Employer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing

Progyny is seeking a Senior Manager, Employer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing to lead marketing strategy for our employer audience. You will partner closely with Sales and Client Success teams to drive acquisition, adoption, and expansion through compelling collateral and scalable programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the employer experience and influence key business outcomes.

• Manage marketing partnership with Commercial Sales and Client Success
• Develop marketing strategies for complex B2B buyer and client journeys
• Create scalable programs, tools, and processes for recurring needs
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning for employer audiences
• Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing functions for integrated plans
• Manage, coach, and develop a team supporting Commercial Activation and Client Lifecycle Marketing
