Creator Content & Partnerships Director

The Washington Post is seeking a Creator Content & Partnerships Director to define and lead the strategy for its creator-content portfolio. This role will establish standards for editorial quality, partnerships, production, and performance, ensuring creator-led content upholds The Post's values and expands its reach and commercial potential. The Director will make high-impact decisions across creator selection, content development, contract negotiation, and distribution, working collaboratively across multiple departments to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.

• Define creator-content portfolio strategy and operating model
• Establish editorial, ethical, and performance standards for creator content
• Direct creator partnership portfolio, including selection and renewal
• Lead relationships with creators, talent representatives, and agencies
• Negotiate creator agreements and resolve complex issues
