Sr Specialist Office of the President

This role supports the Office of the President by resolving high-priority customer issues, including fraud and security threats. You will investigate escalated matters, collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.

• Manage high-priority and high-risk customer escalations
• Address fraud, social engineering, and security threats
• Collaborate with enterprise account teams, security, legal, and customers
