Lead the social media strategy and team for Mint Mobile to establish it as a culturally relevant brand. This role involves translating the brand's personality into engaging content and campaigns that drive business results, community growth, and customer acquisition. You will oversee campaign managers and content creators, using data-driven insights and creative judgment to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.

• Lead and develop a team of social media campaign managers and content creators
• Define and own Mint Mobile's social media strategy, voice, and content vision
• Partner with paid media teams to extend brand storytelling into paid social
• Apply brand taste and cultural fluency to shape social campaigns
• Translate social strategy and performance results for executive leadership
• Drive community growth, awareness, and customer acquisition through social media
