Organic Social Content Intern

Base is seeking an Organic Social Content Intern to manage and create engaging content for their social media channels. This role involves developing content calendars, producing platform-native content (including short-form video), engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance to grow Base's brand presence in the energy sector.

• Own organic social strategy, content calendar, and publishing cadence
• Develop original, recurring content series for social platforms
• Concept, script, capture, edit, and publish platform-native content
• Find and tell compelling stories across Base's products, customers, and mission
• Track organic reach, engagement, and audience growth
• Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and operations teams
