Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Graco is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead their Central Marketing team. This role is responsible for optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing operations, including demand planning, capacity management, and project execution. You will lead a team of project managers and production coordinators, ensuring marketing investments deliver maximum value and business priorities are met.

• Lead demand planning and capacity management for Creative and Digital functions
• Establish enterprise demand planning and capacity management practices
• Develop forecasting and reporting models for visibility into demand and capacity
• Lead portfolio planning and governance processes aligning resources with business priorities
• Serve as the functional leader for project and program management
• Establish and improve project management methodologies and governance practices
