About this role
As a Senior Content Planner, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and creative execution. Operating at the intersection of consumer insights, cultural trends, and performance data, you will craft data-informed content strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will work directly with Sales, Account Management, and Creative teams (designers, producers, and creators) to turn communication objectives into high-impact campaigns that drive measurable growth What You’ll Do • Develop content strategies that support brand objectives. • Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and performance data into actionable content opportunities. • Build content plans and calendars around key business moments, campaigns, and promotional periods. • Plan channel strategy based on market behavior while being knowledgeable with latest social media platform updates. • Identify opportunities to test, learn, optimize, and scale content performance using AnyMind's tools and data. • Develop campaign concepts for Digital Marketing brands. • Create content frameworks, narratives, and marketing mix concepts. • Ensure creative recommendations balance audience relevance with business impact. • Write copy that matches brand tone and personality • Shape content plans that drive awareness and engagement. • Develop approaches for social content, creator collaborations, and campaigns • Stay ahead of platform shifts, creator behavior, and emerging content formats. • Serve as an expert content planner collaborating with the DM business unit. • Partner with other creatives to deliver high-quality work. • Maintain strategic rigor, consistency, and quality across all content outputs. • Individually support the growth and development of the wider content team. • Potentially grow your own team as the business grows. Who You Are • Have 4+ years of experience in content planning, social media, digital marketing, or a related field. • Know how to build content strategies that support both brand and business objectives. • Can turn consumer insights, trends, and performance data into actionable opportunities. • Have experience developing campaigns from planning through production. • Are a strong storyteller and presenter who can influence stakeholders and align teams. • Are comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance. • Can move between big-picture thinking and hands-on problem solving. • Stay curious about culture, consumer behavior, emerging platforms, and new content formats. • Have experience in social media, creative studio, or digital-first environments.
