Paid Social Specialist (Contract Basis)

Webflow is seeking a contract Paid Social Specialist to manage day-to-day execution and optimization of LinkedIn and Meta campaigns. This hands-on role focuses on building, optimizing, and measuring campaigns against pipeline pull-through, reporting to the growth marketing manager.

• Own day-to-day execution and optimization of LinkedIn and Meta campaigns
• Build, restructure, and maintain full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns
• Manage tiered Sponsored Messages, Document Ads, and single-image programs
• Run weekly optimization cadence including bids, budgets, and audience refinement
• Design and execute in-platform experiments for audience, format, and bid strategy
• Report performance against MQL and Sales Accepted Opportunity pull-through
