Own CRM strategy, health, and governance across a network of practices
Develop and manage lifecycle marketing programs via email and SMS
Lead marketing technology stack evaluation, implementation, and architecture
Define and operationalize marketing attribution and performance measurement frameworks
Design and optimize the end-to-end patient journey and conversion workflows
Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and enhance efficiency
