Event & Marketing Manager

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Event & Marketing Manager to oversee event planning, strategy, and execution for the west region. This role involves managing event budgets, vendor relationships, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships, while also leading the Event & Marketing team. The position requires collaboration with various departments to enhance brand engagement and support business development through impactful events and marketing initiatives.

• Manage and plan all aspects of events and trade show participation
• Develop and maintain budgets for large events, including post-event reports
• Research vendors, venues, and events, negotiating contracts and agreements
• Oversee relationships and commitments to strategic partners
• Provide creative support for marketing collateral and campaigns
• Supervise, direct, and develop the Event & Marketing Team
