Manager Strategic Content - Operations

• Manage strategic content, executive positioning, and change management communications
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports
• Consult with executive leadership on communication strategies and messaging
• Develop and implement communication plans for organizational changes
• Oversee internal communication channels and analytics
• Requires 7 years in healthcare/health insurance communications and 5 years in change management communications
