This hands-on role involves designing, building, and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation. You will collaborate with global marketing teams, leverage data to maximize performance, and ensure operational excellence.

• Lead a team of digital marketing specialists in campaign execution
• Design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys
• Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics for campaign optimization
• Manage campaign performance against KPIs and commercial lead generation goals
• 8+ years B2B digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in management
• Proficiency with Pardot/MCAE, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, and data visualization tools
