This role provides essential administrative and technical support to the marketing team, focusing on managing the marketing support system, processing leads, and generating reports. You will be responsible for maintaining system data, tracking marketing programs, and ensuring accurate lead generation and distribution.

• Manage marketing support system data and access
• Process tour concerns and track survey sheets
• Support lead generation and processing initiatives
• Set up and reconcile premium gift types
• Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports
