Head of Marketing, Moloco Commerce Media

Moloco is seeking a Head of Marketing for its fast-growing Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) business. This role will lead the marketing vision and strategy to establish MCM as a category leader in the evolving commerce media landscape. You will focus on positioning, customer partnerships, and creating memorable market moments, reporting directly to the CMO.

• Develop end-to-end marketing strategy for MCM category leadership
• Own marketing plan across awareness, product storytelling, demand creation, and client relationships
• Build deep understanding of commerce media market, customers, and product
• Shape product storytelling highlighting Moloco's AI and machine learning capabilities
• Partner with top customers to showcase shared success stories
• Create demand through account-based marketing, product launches, and industry events
