Director, Growth Marketing, Global Futures

Airwallex is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead AI strategy, conversion rate optimization, and ad operations. This role will define and implement the AI technology roadmap to enhance marketing performance, drive experimentation, and ensure efficient campaign execution globally.

• Lead AI marketing tools strategy and rollout across Performance Marketing, Creative, and Analytics
• Develop systematic evaluation framework for emerging AI tools
• Own global CRO framework to improve CVR, CAC, and pipeline
• Oversee landing page testing, personalization, and UX optimization
• Lead Ad Operations excellence for campaign execution and attribution integrity
• Build automation and QA frameworks for flawless campaign execution
