Marketing Operations Manager

Athenahealth is seeking a Manager, Lead Operations to own and optimize their lead management ecosystem. This role involves defining business rules, operational controls, and measurement frameworks for lead acquisition, qualification, scoring, and sales handoff. You will collaborate with Sales, Data Science, and IT teams to ensure lead flow health and performance, and manage a small team.

• Own end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to recycling
• Establish and govern lead lifecycle definitions and standards
• Monitor lead flow health and resolve operational gaps
• Optimize lead workflows, integrations, and business rules
• Partner with Sales Operations and Data Science on lead scoring models
• Manage, coach, and develop a lead operations team
