Fall 2026: ShopShark Co-op, eCommerce Affiliate Creator Selection & Growth (August through December 2026)

SharkNinja is seeking an intern to join their ShopShark team for Fall 2026. This role focuses on identifying and recruiting affiliate creators for their eCommerce platforms. You will manage a specific market and category cell, discovering creators, evaluating their content, and managing the invitation and onboarding process. This position offers hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, CRM management, and utilizing AI tools for outreach and analysis.

• Map and hunt relevant affiliate creators in assigned markets and categories
• Review creator content and memorialize high-performing work in CRM
• Run a structured selection process and extend targeted invitations
• Manage the full CRM pipeline including outreach, SLAs, and samples
• Use AI to scale personalized outreach and reporting
• Present pipeline health and market learnings to leaders
