Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative

Flamingo, a CPG brand focused on body and hair care, is seeking a Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative to drive creative strategy and execution across multiple brands. This role involves analyzing data, developing creative concepts, producing assets, and managing paid social campaigns to achieve measurable growth.

• Mine performance data and consumer insights to identify testing opportunities
• Develop testable creative hypotheses and write clear creative briefs
• Ideate and produce 5+ net-new creative concepts per week for paid social
• Produce assets across various formats including short-form video and static
• Traffic and launch campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube)
• Monitor key performance metrics and make real-time optimizations
