Marketing Assistant

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing department. This role involves managing internal platforms, vendor processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.

• Manage internal platforms for events, speaker contracts, and expense management
• Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and renewals
• Coordinate logistics for marketing and sales events
• Manage the full cycle of expense requests and budget control
• Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Medical, Procurement, and Accounting departments
• Support invoice processing, expense accounting, and basic reporting
