Vanguard is seeking a Business Technology Consultant to lead the adoption and configuration of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within the Financial Advisor Services marketing team. This role involves defining personalization strategies, driving tool utilization, and ensuring seamless integration with other marketing platforms to enhance business growth.

What we are looking for

Serve as the AJO expert for onboarding, configuration, and maturation
Drive adoption and utilization of marketing technology stack
Connect AJO with surrounding platforms like Marketo, Real-Time CDP, and Target
Identify FAS-specific use cases and guide operational processes
Consult and advise marketers and engineering teams on technology best practices
Troubleshoot issues and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
