Director, Growth Marketing

Rockbot is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and lifetime value strategies, with a strong emphasis on AI-augmented marketing approaches. This hands-on leadership role requires deep demand generation expertise and fluency in AI tools to build and scale the company's growth engine.

• Lead and evolve growth marketing function for pipeline, acquisition, and revenue impact
• Own digital lead generation across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging channels
• Develop differentiated growth strategies for SMB, enterprise, and strategic accounts
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered growth marketing tools and workflows
• Strengthen growth stack tooling, data, and decision-making capabilities
• Drive experimentation and performance optimization across the funnel
