This role will connect growth marketing expertise, MarTech product thinking, and rigorous experimentation to drive diversified, lifecycle-driven growth optimized for long-term customer value across multiple markets.

• Build and scale Growth Marketing and MarTech capability systems
• Define global standards for acquisition, CRM, digital channels, and experimentation
• Shape MarTech foundation by defining use cases and requirements
• Establish acquisition and channel best practices
• Build an experimentation operating system for faster learning
• Enable lifecycle marketing and personalization using first-party data
