This executive role will oversee audience insights, market intelligence, and integrated planning to drive organizational priorities and long-term growth.

• Lead enterprise-wide audience growth strategies
• Serve as subject matter expert on audience behavior and market trends
• Develop and apply audience research, market intelligence, and analytics
• Establish audience segmentation frameworks, personas, and journey maps
• Lead integrated marketing strategy and annual planning processes
