Senior Hubspot Operations Manager

Lucanet is seeking a Senior HubSpot Operations Manager to serve as the platform architect and strategic advisor for their HubSpot ecosystem. This role will ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and other MarTech tools, aligning Marketing, RevOps, and IT on scalable systems. You will design attribution and funnel measurement frameworks, optimize lead management, and drive automation to enhance marketing operations efficiency.

• Act as HubSpot platform architect and strategic advisor
• Own MarTech strategy, improving scalability and alignment
• Define scalable data architecture and governance frameworks
• Optimize lifecycle stage frameworks and lead management
• Architect integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, and MarTech tools
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
